I would just ask the CS owner and threaten to cancel your order and legal action if they don't give in to your demands

yes....SS is shipping Thor now....also you can always look at the SS NL and at the bottom it will tell you what is now shipping

Yes I saw that, but I was just curious if anyone on these forums actually received theirs from Sideshow or had been given a ship notice with tracking number. The news letter isn't too specific other than saying, "Shipping Now." My comic shop says they have not received a ship notice yet, but they did get the Warehouse message weeks ago.

Cool thanks for the info. What is strange is that in the past I always seemed to get my stuff from Sideshow more quickly through my Comic shop than I would directly. Maybe they changed their ship policies.
