Nah I think in person the non helm hair looks fine.
Sculpt is good in likeness, not great, and agree the hair is awful. The expressionless face was a bad chioce for this character who is anything but expressionless in the film. He looks like a lost dog in an abundant number of pics unfortunately. Idk how anyone could call this sculpt "great" seriously, more along the lines of decent/good imo.
I cannot wait to get mine. I love the movie and I pre-ordered from the place that gets figures first but they have a delay.
I'll probably get Thor and Odin around the same time which isn't too bad I suppose.

Don't have that much of an issue with the sculpt but the crease on the right side of the hair bothers me a bit...probably gonna have him displayed with helmet on anyway though

He's a great figure. I couldn't be more pleased with it. Odin will be here next week so I'm really stoked to get him in now.

Im majorly disappointed with the overall look of this figure. I agree too, how are people thinking this is a great sculpt, the face is ok but not great. Mainly though, the legs are just too skinny looking. Combination of a poor choice for the costume design of movie character too though. Sadly, my favorite Marvel character wont be on my shelf.

I know what you are saying teemu but I have to be picky at $160 the Iron man figure was worth that to me but just not feeling this one enough.
