Really? I've only peviously bought one purchase from BBTS maybe 2 years back, and guess I didn't notice. I tried looking in their Help section for thier location, but couldn't find it.
Can anyone else verify if BBTS is located in WI? Anyways, wow, tax is no fun. Now I know how you CA residents feel. Time to start using Alterego more.

Yeah I'm looking at the latest package I received from them and it says their address is; 321 SMC DR, Somerset WI, 54025.
Yeah tax is a killer. It's why I barely order through Sideshow. Unless they have an awesome exclusive.
Yeah I can't stand ordering directly through Sideshow because it ends up so expensive. I usually pay $50 less per figure when I get it through my local comic shop. I got Thor for $150 out the door, where I think through Sideshow I would have been WELL over $200 with tax and shipping. I have no clue why they charge so much in shipping when I am in California...I think it is normally around $13 from them which seems crazy high to me.

CRAP I saw that and I never used it could have saved some dam money with this combined shipping thanks for the info.
I used to buy SOOOOOO much more from BBTS back when they sold everything with a flat $5 shipping charge. I would pre-order about $3,000 in stuff and get it all with $5.00 shipping. Now I only order from BBTS maybe once every 3 years. I think they lost a lot of customers like me when they changed that...

They were having some nice sales last year 30% of older stock Items but nothing this year. I like the fact that they are last to get stuff it helps with budgeting for figures. I wish they could offer some points system like side show it would be nice and encourage repeat purchases.
Last year I went craze with HLJ's Macross sale and 50% of FedEx this year sales are less and less and only 20% of shipping. N
What I dont get is Toys2 since when is shipping from Canada $40 dollars that insane and they are even more expensive then side show.
I have yet to try AmiAmi but I really need to purchase alot ot reduce the shipping cost.

The reason they dont have points like Sideshow is because you already save when you order from them instead of ordering from Sideshow. BBTS also has their pile of loot where you save a ton on shipping when you order alot.
With other online stores, you are saving atleast 10% off of Sideshows price.

Well that maybe true of hot toys but I don't think it applies towards the other stuff. I am not sure how are their prices on their other products in comparison to other stores.
I love Thor, don't get me wrong, but I think Odin's cape looks much better than Thor's. Thor's looks a bit more "cottony" whereas Odin's looks like a better representation of a higher quality fabric. Granted, Odin is top dog or whatever so I guess he should look a bit more extravagant...
