I have my Thor on order (Forbidden Planet in the UK) and I'm biting my nails every day for it to be released, but honestly I'd wait another few months if Hot Toys would give us an extra head sculpt with a laughing/smiley face.

After seeing the movie and falling in love with the designs, I definitely am getting Odin and I want Loki...

But I'd love Heimdall and Sif as well.
Enemy-wise I'd also love a Frost Giant (not gonna happen, I know) and the Destroyer.

Just my opinion, but it doesn't work well with action-oriented poses. The expression makes him appear like he is bored as hell:

It's funny. Usually they give their sculpts a furrowed brow which makes them look angered at something.

The movie made $66 million over the weekend here in the US- good but not spectacular- check what other big films have made on their opening weekend- but hey most people don't know THOR...hopefully it won't drop alot in the next two weekends...
It was on almost 4000 screens so per theater average just OK....I saw it twice- on Friday and Saturday and theater was half full or less...

Possibly. Would depend on the sculpt, but it would fit his overall personality in the film better than a snarling, angry face.

To be honest I wouldnt expect much of a change to his outfit. Maybe something minor but it will be a tweak at best and most likely pretty much nill to the naked eye.

I expect there to be a pretty noticeable difference. The reason--to sell more toys, of course! Same with Cap.
