Ok, broke down and preordered this one.....considering Spiderman 3 was the best movie in the trilogy, easily, this was a no brainer...

....Kidding of course, but the stand and TM likeness are killer. Alter Ego is my online retailer of choice.

Spent two days on the set of the original Spiderman - during the wrestling match. As a fan, seeing Raimi directing Campbell was a geek moment that I can't even put into words. only down side, no actual suit was on set.....

Just kidding - spiderman 3 had a lot of issues, and proof that 'throwing in everything + kitchen sink' approach does NOT work. Badly miscast too - Topher has Brock? Yeah - ah, no!

Thanks, glad I did too - luckily, the suit looked pretty much the same, so to me, this is 'the trilogy' suit

I don't know about you...but if I was on the set of the original Spider-man during the wrestling match...it wouldn't be Campbell that I'd have a geek moment over...it would be the Macho Man Randy Savage...aka Bonesaw!! Ohhhh yeah!!!

Oh cool - well, I felt bad for him since everyone in the audience kept yelling, 'SLIM JIM' most of that one day. I was when they had to make an announcement, 'no more slim jim jokes, please'

For me, I geeked cause I had no idea the dude in the gold jacket was Campbell until he starting doing his lines.....my vision is crap so had a hard time seeing until then

I hope the neck fabric is futzable i'm not liking the turtleneck, i've got a bad feeling they'll glue it to the post though

Red suit is better, but this one has the sweet headsculpt.. AND SANDMAN.

It's the face sculpt and the Sandman base...I can't resist. And since I'm going to have the 1/6 Batman, Joker, and Batmobile on Display.......you're right. I'm screwed. I'm already trying to find a way to afford the Iron Man suit up gantry with the Mark vi. I don't see an end to Hot Toys collecting. Their stuff is top notch, even though I wish it were in a larger scale.

I was just collecting SS and Medicom 1/6 ranging from $20-$90. I always said, "I WOULDN'T MIND HAVING AN IRON MAN. THEY SEEM PRETTY COOL. BUT ONLY IF I CAN GET ONE FOR UNDER $200.

I then got an IM Mark III for exactly $200 from ebay.

2 years later, I have 24 Hot Toys. And 8 pre-ordered.

Same here I said I would only get wolf predator and a year later 54 hot toys and 13 on po.
