I had trouble putting the head on a few times but if you apply enough pressure you should hear a pop when it's seated all the way down on the neck post. As well you should hear a pop when taking it off as well. If you don't it's not on all the way.

I had issues with my neck coming out so I replaced it with a regular flesh tone HT neck. It seems to stay on better than the stock black one when switching heads. And looks like this

Just curious... I saw Spiderman 3, but I was a little confused about this costume. I was never able to grow up with the comics, but is this Venom? Or is it only Venom when the symbiote attaches to the photographer guy?

THis is spideys suit with venom on it and make's spiderman stronger and faster but spidey sheds venom after it starts to change him to being a little EVIL.....SO he gets rid of the black suit and venom is a character that kinda like a super enhanced alien that adapts to you....but is very evil and eventual takes over whoever he joins...HE much more evil in the comic's ....hope this helps or just google MARVEL venom for more info.....

yep it's pretty big display thinking of grabbing another sandman so can have one exclusive and one regular for both differnt spidey's red and black on each sandman stand.....

I just ordered to new goblin to round out my spiderman collection. I always loved the sculpt on that figure but was not a fan of the costume, He played a very good harry osborn just never liked the suit but bbts has him on sale now for 135.00 which is a great value for a well made hot toys figure. So I figure I can get two figures out of it too just putting the extra harry head onto a true type and put a suit on him.

Yeah, I saw this in the Spider-Man ride gift shop in IOA. It threw me for a sec, since I'm not used to seeing Hot Toys in "real life".
