Is it possible to have two figures out of one if I manege to get additional body, boots and shirt?

This way I would have coated red skull look and uniform Hugo look.

Of course the coat would be buttoned up all the way so naked legs wouldn't show.

HAs anybody tried this?

I have two Red Skulls(That is, i have on display both versions), and i only bought parts from sellers on here. I used two DID bodies, bought two costumes, two sets of boots, several sets of hands one black jacket, both heads, etc.
You can do it without having two costumes though. I have seen it done. But the costume(Or a decent corolllary of it), can be hand cheap if you know where to look(And don't mind going with a slightly different, but still WWII German style):

I just bought another Skull body and stand with uniform jacket / boots and pants...cheap on Ebay...then used rest of pieces and hands / heads from the one skullfigure.

I did find a trick to the skull version in the long coat...I cut off the slevees of the grey jacket so it was a vest...that way I can pose the arms under the black coat...and it took about 10 mins to put him together...I didn't have to work the sleeves into the coat sleeves.

The trick with that jacket is to put one jacket inside the other one before you attach it to the body. That way the sleeves don't ruck up. And obviously keep the hands off till they are both on.
I'd love to see pics of your Red Skull with his jacket with no sleeves!

How much did you pay for it if you don't mind sharing? I am wondering what a decent price would be?

I put my "Red Skull" head on a 3A Zombie Body (which I had previously painted dark red, hence the Boney hands), also found a WWII German jacket and trousers in a box I had got in a trade years ago. They're obviously not a perfect match to the originals but give him a collar and a flash of trouser leg which looks better than being a flasher in a leather mac!

I'm in the process of re-jigging my shelves so my Marvel figures can get some proper room.

I'll stick some pics up when all's done :)
