Hot Toys -MMS167 - Captain America: The First Avenger: Red Skull Figure

Is there a high quality (Hot Toys equivalent) line of Ally leaders out there? The famous British, American, French resistance, Australian, etc. leaders and generals? I'd be interested in that. Hell there must be. There's a sub-forum right here for it but that seems mostly occupied by G.I. Joe stuff. Which is fine and all but I'm interested in historical figures. Somebody point me at 'em.

DID 3R, there are Germans, Japanese, and Soviets WWII leader figures, you can find them on EBAY as well.

I had a diffucult time putting the red skull hs on then remembered the hair dryer trick and heated up reds hs neck adaptor part and boo bam ! he on his evil body ...now to get that outside hydra belt on over trench coat...thats another diffucult bugger.....but anyway love this evil guy....

Hey guys, I need help. Is this figure awesome enough that I should choose this over Jack Sparrow (~$25 more expensive)?

I'm a fan of the POTC franchise and my favorite comic book series is Captain America Vol. 5.

What do you guys think? Cap or Sparrow?

Sparrow seems to keep going down in value, so I'd go with the Skull for now, especially if you spend the little extra for extra parts and get two figures out of him.

Both are equaly awesome. The red skull you can piece together if on a budget pretty easy if patient like i did but if realy want jack i'd get but still pretty available to get later if must wait ...I do see red skull selling out faster then jack ...I doubt hot toys will do another red skull his hs is dead on amazing....Just which do you like more ? me gotta have my evil guys like loki ,joker ,red hopefully more to come to balance out against all our super heroes...

I have to agree. Red Skull is easily two figures in one set
I'm actually surprised Jack is still very much available, but im afraid of missing out on him if i delay a little more.

I also like the idea of displaying bad guys together to match up
the overwhelming number of heroes on our shelves, but Jack
will also look badass on his own.

DX Jack Sparrow is an astounding figure. Def worth getting.

I'd take Jack over Red Skull, but Red Skull is really good too, so good that I actually bought another body/clothes to display both headsculpts. You can't go wrong with both of them.

I have a Red Skull head and neck, I know his body has a smaller peg that goes into his neck piece, my question is does the Sweeney Todd TT Slim body have the same smaller neck peg or is Red Skull's body the only one that excepts Red Skull's neck?

I just got my Red Skull today and switched heads, the RS head's hole was too large for the neck peg and I had to use the adaptor. As for putting the Red Skull on any other figure, I don't know.

So that's Red Skull's head and neck on a Sweeney body?
I don't see how it'll fit if the ball in the body is bigger then the socket in the neck. How did you manage that?

I'm just trying to find a cheaper slim TT alternative to the one that came with Red Skull.

Yeah I have the Red Skull neck adapter and Red Skull head (not the human one) I want to know if the Slim TT Body on Sweeney Todd is the exact same as the Slim TT body on Red Skull.

So it just snaps on there, cool! Looks like I'll order a Sweeney Todd body instead and save a little money.
