Sif reminds me of Xena, while Xena also reminds me of Sif (?!) :rotfl

Anyone here knows who of them came first?

I'm not entirely sure... I am no historian nor a scholar of the Norse Paganism and the Pantheon of their gods... but I can't recall Xena being one of them. Sif on the other hand....

:wink1:

Conclusion: Sif made Xena in her image :rotfl

All joking aside, I agree HT should make figures of Sif & the Warriors 3 this time :panic:

I hated the jagged points in the last two movies. This seems closer to the comic book version of Thor.

Well given that there are texts from the 13th century referring to old stories about Sif, and that Xena was created for a TV show around 1995, my money would have to be on Sif... :wink1:

So, they added a Gladiator Maximus type loin cover to justify a new figure (sold separatelyTM) and he seems to be fighting the Uruk Hai in this movie :D

I understand that Tony Stark continuously improves his armor, but why would Thor be adding pointless tidbits to his?

Unless he's out to sell merchandise, that is :D

Maybe he will be using 2 or more costumes in this movie, I think this one looks like a battle costume, definitely not for wearing it in Asgard, but only time will tell us if he will use it the entire movie.

Them Asgardians are vain creatures too :lol

Because what can they really add? Stark's life depends on his armor, Thor doesn't need it. I think its a nice change. Nothing too flashy or overdone yet it seems very suitable for the character. I love that they changed his hair too. I look forward to seeing this figure progress. Makes me want to hold out for this one but how long will it be?

2014 at the earliest.

From the looks of the sides of his pants, they are getting closer to having his pants material almost the same as his arms. Closer to the current look of Thor in the comics.

If that design progression continues, of course.

I noticed that too, looks way more Thor-like to me than the biker pants/boots and the blue with red stripe in Avengers, they just seemed off.
