holy cow... had reservations when i first pre-ordered this guy... but so glad i didn't cancel..

I think the first version was good for it's time. It never was perfect, but I always thought he looked great on my shelf. Still does actually, but I'm sure that'll change when I get this new one.

This one blows the first version out of the water!

Gotta be honest I'm not seeing much of Hemsworth in the sculpt, in fact I'm afraid I'd go as far as saying it looks very little like him

Armour and body proportions though have come on leaps and bounds from the first version though so I expect him to look good in the display

Completely agree! I'm VERY pleased how this one turned out!

Yes, right now I'm thinking of doing one of three things...

1) Display the V1 with Odin;

2) Try to create a "human" Thor custom, recreating the scene where he tries to lift Mjölnir in the SHIELD-compound;

3) Sell him.

Not sure what I'm gonna do yet.

I guess the cape isn't detachable this time then, not sure I like the idea of it being all folded up in the box, gonna take ages to get all those creases out

I guess we'll have to steam the cape. I saw Clipperking make a video on this the other day.

From that image it looks like it could be passed through a slit in the box and hang freely on the other side.
