So how is it that Hot Toys has all of these delays for months and months, and then they go on hiatus for 3 weeks for Chinese New Year, and all of a sudden everything is finished???

smaller runs....Batman DX12 and Joker DX11 had much larger runs and took up a lot of the factory's time...

That's what I was thinking too is not the whole country on vacation for 2 weeks so how can they all of a sudden be shipping out all this stuff in one month.

could be true. my local distributor said hot toys subtracted 25% less units from their order. what once was a secure preorder turned into a waitlist. i'm not worried. still love my version 1.

I'm just going to try and get as much of the Avengers 1 main characters and maybe add to them the new characters from the next 2 avengers movies. I am not really into multiples of the same character it gets too expensive when you start doing that.

I noticed this funny circumstance, but I never actually thought that it could be deliberately done or that Maxi's causing Neverland supply problems. I just thought that it was funny that moments after Neverland announced cut-offs for DX12 and the Bat Pod, Maxi announced that they opened more slots for both items. Really strange. I'm done with Neverland, though. Had too many inconvenient experiences with them.
Anyway, SixthScaleEdward -- you order from SSC too? I didn't know that they ship to our country. How's it? And how are the taxes that go with it?

Sad to hear that man. My last PO from NT will be Storm Shadow, after that, I might change.
I have it shipped to my sister and she sends it to me free of charge via Balik-bayan Box.
No tax, it's technically a gift anyway.

Yeah, mine would be Snake Eyes, which I already paid in full. I wish them the best and I hope they would try to up their customer service. Too many incidents I just tried to shrug off, but the last one was the last straw. My POs will now be from Maxi and Great Toys. Maxi sometimes charge more, but man, they have excellent service and staff.
Oooooooh, so that's how you do it. Thanks for the idea, man. My brother works in the US and maybe I could do the same LOL. So do you get exclusives then?

TELL ME ABOUT IT! It's at Rockwell where I get my orders, but last week I made my first purchase at their Greenhills branch (an extra stock of TTM22), and man, I thought I was dealing with a dead guy! He never smiled, his voice monotonous, and never looked me in the eye! Oh well.
Anyway, back to SSC and the EXs, I see, so it works that way, huh. Thanks for the info man!
