Do you guys think HT will make a THOR 2 figure? or will this one be the last HT Thor?

Unless the world ends in the next year, or Marvel studios goes bankrupt and no more films are released, Hot Toys will make another Thor figure.

Oh I definitely prefer the THOR 2 costume.

More medieval looking, the colors are better, the cape hangs much better, basically the look of a battle ready Thor.

But with all the IM hype, I wonder if any other figures will be on HT to do list.

All the Marvel heavy hitters (and most likely many of the side characters) are on Hot Toys short list. That's all but guaranteed.

Some pages back there were pictures of the lower end toy range and there was a THOR figure with gold and silver armour, and a modified helm and even as a play-every-day type toy, it still looked mightily impressive. I could easily see anm HT of that and it being a BIG seller.

I will try and look back through and find it...do folks here remember the one I mean?

I am not entirely sure. It's not the picture I had in mind, I found it having a quick google (pardon?). There were much better, bigger ones, but I'll be darned if I can find them!

Aren't bane's the same as t800 and whiplash and ross?

I'm almost positive that Bane's arms are newly developed and unique to his figure. The T-800 is the same as the TTM20 which has double joints. I think that Ross and Whiplash may have the same arms but I'm not sure.

This looks really really good. The proportions are fitting and believable for Hemsworth. The Redfield body looked cool but it's waaaay to jacked for Thor. In fact I don't even know who to compare that Redfield body to in real life by scale. It seems signi***antly bigger than the Arnie bodies and he's one of the biggest guys in Hollywood

t800 had the same arms as ross and whiplash...

I just did the MMS117 arm swap with this body..Wasn't a fun process but I got er done. Was afraid I had broken the arm joint a few times. NOT for the faint of heart. But boy does it make a better looking figure imo.

But CH in the Thor movie jacked. His arms were fkn huge. In Avengers movie he didn't look as big. He was still buff but not Thor 1 buff. The Thor figure was cool but the HS look f up. Kind of reminded me of a pug that custom by r3d15 looks awesome. Wish HT would of made real ez to take sleeves off. If I tried to do that I prolly rip or break something
