Should I get this figure? I mean, is it very, very worthy? I love it but I gotta say it'd be way better with a sleveless pair of arms and in no way I'd risk damaging it by swapping arms (and I have no other figure to swap, so not exactly an option). I'm between getting this Thor and Loki or waiting for a Dark World figure/Avengers 2...

Just so you know, it's not exactly screen accurate though, because in the film when he was bare armed..no cape.

Still great job!

I do think it is screen accurate, Thor is wearing that outfit while kidnapping Loki

Yeah Im not picky about screen accuracy. Going for the more classic Thor look with the bare arms.

It depends if you want to build an Avengers team up like so many are doing then go for it.

If you just like Thor, it's 50/50 in my book it is a great looking sculpt of Chris, however you might want to wait to see what HT's will come up with the new Thor movie because from what I've seen they changed the armor dramatically and they have a better looking helmet.

But if you get the Avengers Loki, you got to have this

Yeh, but I'm thinking they will have a new Loki as well for Dark World, and that'd be a great pair of figures . But then again, if I always wait for the newest one, I'll never get them. Oh god...

It's accurate guys, Same armor minus the Chainmail. It's the scene were he rescued Loki from Cap and Stark

i wouldnt count on loki for DW...and even if they do, it would be out till Avengers 2

you're right, I forgot about that battle scene. Whenever I see the blu ray now I focus more on the carrier fight scene and of course the final battle.

Indeed! It'll be my first HT in hands, got three on pre-order (Mark XLII, Tony Stark and Iron Patriot). And i had promised myself to get only the new diecast IM

I would at least get Loki, have you seen the in hand pics of Loki..
HT's just seems to get better and better with each Avengers release.

When Hulk and Iron man release it will probably be the most screen accurate set of figures that HT's has ever produced.

Loki's outfit alone is worth getting the figure.

Don't know why they just didn't make the cape and arm armor removable

How easy is it to remove the chest plate on this figure? Never been happy with the cape on mine so just ordered a new chest piece/cape from eBay, hopefully it won't be hard to switch them over
