they probably do not speak English, so its just easier to have a template like:

"Your suggestion and comment on the [Enter Subject Here] will be forwarded to our production team as a reference."

Some operators sittin there for sure.
Sometimes they respond fully (even about licensing), but more often - just this blueprint answer.
So clearly they understand English and all these letters are not ignored as they get paid for it.

I saw this on FB and noticed that this is almost the exact look of the Thor HT. It still doesn't look spot on, but I must admit, it does look a bot more accurate seeing the same expression on both the HT and the actor. Of course, this is just my opinion. Iuse to think the eyes were off the most. This shows the width of the nose the biggest difference.

Seeing that comparison makes the figure look worse imo. Totally missed the mark on this sculpt.

We should email that comparison to them. Just looking at that really exemplifies how off the sculpt really is. It's a combination of a lot of little errors, that while still resemble him, ends up being really off.

I don't have a huge problem with the sculpt, honestly. I see Hemsworth in there. But it is a bit off. I hope they adjust. I don't think it'd take much. Just widening the nose, and softening the angularity of some aspects of his face and you're pretty much there.

One thing I don't think a lot of people consider... since actor's have approval, it's posible at times that they actually end up pushing a sculpt into a more "idealized" look that isn't as accurate. Not saying that is happening here, but it is possible. I've seen it happen on other figures.

I don't know, I like the new HT headsculpt but I unboxed my first Thor yesterday and took some shots and now after seeing it -I think Thor's original film sculpt might be better . Here's some of my poor man's Avenger shots .

I've been reading through this thread and have seen many people hoping for an improvement on the final Thor headsculpt from this prototype... but are there any good examples out there of HT improving the headsculpt of a figure from the prototype to the final product? My experience so far is that the final figure looks pretty much like the pre-release pics. Thanks for any feedback, especially with side-by-sides if you're bored!

I think a good example would be the recent superman release, they did improve the hs, i'm not sure about others though

They tried improving Indy DX and Alice. I think there have been more, but I can't remember right now due to my impaired state of mind. (been THUNDERING up)

Well there was Marcus Wright from Terminator Salvation, Aldo Raine from Inglourious Basterds, Superman and I think Baby Doll from Suckerpunch had some kind of an update as well.

I think most sculpts are slightly tweaked between specs and pics and final release. Some of them only get minor changes that aren't really noticed, others get complete overhauls. (I remember this being the case for Marcus Wright).

Blade got a revamp before he was released. They do it quite often, and from what I can tell its often a response to negative feedback.
