This is my email to them...
As I was not sure who would be reading it, I thought to keep the level of English as respectful and fully functional and not overly complicated. Those working in customer service would be able to speak perhaps a small smattering of English (I assume), but who would they actually be passing this on to?

Just thought I'd post my mod up here from the first version thread. Finally got the arms in from eBay. Rubber sleeves essentially. Fills out the arms pretty well.

Not as good. It has a spare tire look in crook of the elbow at a 90 degree angle but it's a decent and cheap way to beef up Thor in a static pose. $8.00 on eBay for muscle arm sleeves.

In you opinion they are great, but your opinion is just one opinion, and not everyone's. Now I am not going to be so arrogant as to say that I am speaking for the majority (in truth it seems to be about a 50/50 mix of opinion)...but on here - as well as other forums - there seems to be a feeling that they could be worked on some more.
So, is it really being a cry baby to expect something better than average from such an expensive figure? If I am going to shed over 200 notes on one figure then I hope it's going to be as good as I can reasonably want it to be (accepting that not any figure is 100% perfect as a given).
And likewise Hot Toys, I am sure they welcome polite and respectful letters from bona fide collectors such as the folks on here.
Exactly what purpose does wanting, pre-ordering or even buying a figure, and then giving no feedback whatsoever, actually achieve anyway?
