Yup ... Me too. Won't be as painful a wait though, I'll probably have watched the movie about 28 by the time the figure is released.

Will the figure be able to bend his toes like that?

You might be able to pose him similarly, but I wouldn't try that exact pose without the risk of a break.
And If you could get him in the right posture, the chances are slim that he'd stay standing I can only assume, maybe try it with whatever Hot Toys you already have.
But I can't see the suit restricting that posability. Could be down to balance and proportions.
I loved that part of the film too. "I'm gonna throw you out the window now".

I wouldn't leave him in that pose longer than it took to snap a few pix. I doubt the fabric - or the seams - are made to withstand that kind of stress for a long time.

James is right, you'll be able to get a similar pose but not exact. The toes won't bend but the ankles will, the main trouble will be getting the legs that close to the chest.

That scene was excellent, loved the way he crawled all over Lizard, So Spidey.

Yeah Nova, that was a great scene. Really showed Spidey's quickness and resilience, all done while doing a bit of trash talking. Typical Spidey.

I got my Iron Man into a ground punch pose by removing the panties, the leg can go pretty close to the chest actually

You don't have to, but the pants do get in the way considerably and they'd bend into that position over time and stay that way when reposed
