I like them both but leaning towards HT due to suit quality looks miles better. Plus I find the HS to be quite good actually.

They seemed to make him a little short. I wonder if he uses the standard Hot Toys ankle pegs. I have a Nick Fury set of tall pegs lying around I'd swap them out for.

EDIT: Nevermind, looks like the boots are not removable.

Oh and both figures are off as far as screen accuracy. Where is the weird and very noticeable darken area right where his crotch area is?

Hope you dont mind but i switched the medi pic with my pic...kinda more of a better comparison cause the pic you posted of the Hot Toys is all professional made with good lighting and the medi pic you used looked like it may have been just a phone camera.
Thought this is more of a fair comparison.

Both are nice. Medicom's body shape (and lenses) with Hot Toy's suit might look ultimate.

I'll pass and wait for AS-M2's figure. (Or Battle Damaged AS-M made with the remaining stock? ^^)

Either A Garfield's height is off scale or T Mcquire's was because Garfield suppoes to be a tad taller.
