Me too. I actually like it being different. From the movie banner, I was expecting it to be gold instead of cream, but I like it none the less. I love the variety.

I love the cream suit, makes a nice change from the red/gold which has been present for four armours now.

If I was older and had a job and wasn't constantly bugged by friends and family about how "consuming" the hobby is I would have probably 3+ franchises.

Lose them. The only time family calls me is for money. Why on the phone i just happen to buy something for the same amount they need. If I need it or not order war moger last week.

Most franchises will cost you more then ordering everything ssc puts out in 10 if no 20 years.

Just buy what makes you happy. I still have toys from 1969. Best is still buck ship from 1980(yes I can take a picture of it). Cost .69 plus taxes.

It's grown on me a lot especially after seeing it in better lighting. I don't know why people keep posting that picture with the white balance all messed up.

I envision a similar scene to the Rhodey one in IM2(Remember the fan backlash that Don Cheadle was playing Rhodey in IM2?), when Don Cheadle showed up and Tony says: "I can't believe it's you..." and Rhodey says: "it's me, get over it", kind of a breaking of the fourth wall telling the fans to chill out. So When Stark puts on the new suit, and Pepper or Jarvis(Or Rhodey) will point out how different it looks and that they don't like it and Tony will say: "Yeah, i've been hearing a lot of that kind of opinion. Peeople need to get over it".

Its funny how people are hating this armor so much when its actually close to a comic version.

which comic version? Because that is a movie concept

Either way I like the look of that and I'll be adding it to my collection when Hot Toys does the honours. Other than maybe a Kingsley Mandarin it might be the only figure I get from Ironman 3
