Its not a true Iron Man, look at the body, its like a Mark V Update in other colors, but with better design.

I hated the way the MK V looked. Skipped the figure but did pick up the suitcase to display with the rest of my IM.

Let me tell you what is going to happen with that figure.

None of you like it now.

And then you'll see the movie.

And then you'll post that 'I didn't like it at first but after seeing the movie, this is a must buy !!'

And then Hot Toys will release a few preview images that people will _____ about.

And then the final specs and official pics will come out and it will look like it did in the movie and people will post, "MY GOD INSTANT BUY!!"

Rinse and repeat

The only other IM's I'm getting are,

Mark VII
Mark III ( if a 2.0 version is made )

I don't like the Mark V design so I've not bought it and the same goes for.....that.

i'll have Mk's I-VIII when IM 3 is all said and done, and likely multiples (as I currently do) because I LOVE IM! that's just me though

Thats nice. I buy VII two times for Reg. + BD standing. I own VI three times, 2x from IM2 and 1x Avengers.

yeah I got 4 mk 4's and 2 6's atm, wasnt too impressed with the avengers 6, came with less, but ill get at least 2 VII's for the same reason as you

How can that much fail be contained in one small .jpg?!!

I'm sure this would look ____ing awesome if it had a different colour scheme. It doesn't event have to match the previous ones in colour layout. Just a colour scheme that doesn't look like someone threw up all over it.

Lol.
Jumping the shark was every suit AFTER the MKI.
There has to be a certain amount of suspension of disbelief.
If you can believe the MKII, and the MKIII, the MKIV being taken off with the gantry(And him wearing a perfectly pressed suit underneath doesn't seem unrealistic), then surely the MKV in a briefcase seems a logical step to go down for portability.
And of course the beige suit above magically assembling itself over him isn't any less realistic than any of the rest of the suits relatively speaking.
I'll have to see it on the screen to pass judgement.

I'm looking forward to this suit more than the MK7. I love that it is different. Not everyone's cup of tea but I'll drink it all up!

It does bear some similarities to the Bleeding Edge armor. I have to admit the IM3 armor has grown on me a lot though.
