So Ive been quite bothered but the shoulders and upper arm of this for the last few days.. im working on a fix but in browsing old photos I realized hot toys prototype was actually correct, and for some dumb reason they changed it. My issue is the shoulder armor is sitting too high and it causes the bicep to look overly elongated... its very inaccurate and could have been done differently

Notice how the shoulder armor sits over the bicep plate... then look at the actual figure...:(

Do you mean the ball joint visible under the shoulder armor? I think it was changed to accommodate articulation more than anything.

Probably, however theres other things they could have dont to balance accuracy and articulation, the shoulder armor being attached to the top of the ball joint is the first being problem as every time you raise the arm the shoulder armor ends up behind the arm vs on top still, HT's should have fixed it to the torso near the arm socket, I think I have a fix pretty well figured out so we'll see how is turns out
