people hate HT for the high price increase and look at what happened, sold out.

I figure there are a lot of people on this board alone who could easily afford every release without batting an eyelash. Then think of all the people who aren't on the board. The price increases are pushing these figures out of some collectors reaches but, with the added exclusivity and desire for luxury items, they're falling comfortably into the hands of the slightly richer. I'm sure they could sell them for $750 a figure and they'd still sell out. Doesn't make it any less annoying for those of us who can barely afford them to begin with.

True. But I feel for the guy, I really do. You gotta feel sorry for someone who "works at his computer at home all day"(his words) but then complains about this notification coming out during the rush hour commute. Must be a lot of traffic from the living room to the home office.

I feel the same way every time I see how much they go for on the resale market i.e. evilBay.

WOW it is a shame to see this, specially coming from US sellers. I always had a terrible image of foreign sellers specially HK, but this... disappointed. One of the *******s bought more than one specially to list them. isn't that illegal? I mean according to ebay, you should not be able to list stuff that surpases the Paypal and ebay 30-45 day period of disputes and such.

Received my email at approximately 6pm EST but wasn't at my computer at that time. Luckily for me, I was peristent in checking the PC 3-5 times a day in anticpation of this! At approximately 8pm EST, I checked this thread and learned of the sale status. Immediately, I secured an order!

I can see why many people on here are upset. No advance notice at all. Luckily again for me, I have internet access both at work and at home. I would be truly sad if I missed this.

Too bad I couldn't order more than one, or I would have helped a foreign boardie out.

Wow it lasted 2 hours? I ordered mine 13 minutes after the e-mail and when I checked again later, they were gone, so I must have not looked for a bit lol.
