I just knew that this figure is not even out yet but the price has turned out crazily expensive. Lol.

some here said $1000. :rotfl:rotfl:rotfl

my guess is it'll be worth no more than the MVI promo.

If tiny LEGO mini figure SDCC exclusives can go for that much; then I don't see why some Hot Toys will one day go for $1,000 a piece. It's believable.

LEGO Azog from this years SDCC: https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_sacat=0&_nkw=LEGO+Azog&LH_Complete=1&rt=nc

Randomly given out at the show and of very limited quantity. But still ridiculous price for a mini figure.

now that's all kinds of messed up. people are that much of a completest to pay over $1000 for those? :slap

you're right...i can see some desperate completest psycho paying over a grand for the BD.

P.T. would have been king if he were alive today knowing not only is a sucker born every minute, but it's down to nano-seconds!!!

Holy crap!! I suddenly regret not going to the Lego booth now!! :( (...)

Me too!

(...) That is insane though to be fair! You could make your own Azog lego for less but folks buy it becuase it's official, not for it actual worth.

Think it's never about the actual worth, I mean take a look at the blue mauritius, actually "just a piece of paper".
But I agree, crazy times 4k for 5 Lego figures, and they sold:

Think the Mark VI Joint Promo will probably be the most expensive 1/6 Iron Man by now, not sure if anybody will pay the price but at a limitation of 16 pieces it'll probably not be much cheaper to get:

But if you think this is crazy, please be prepared: :thud:

Wow, that is a crazy price for that millennium falcon! But LEGOs fetch huge prices after they retire usually, especially the popular licensed lines. But it's always unbelievable to see how much old LEGO sets can sell for.

Anyways, the point of all this is, if LEGOs can go for that much you never know what a Hot Toys figure may one day go for. Assuming Hot Toys figure's value doesn't tank.
