Look, Hot Toys couldn't even wait until they had their first version of the MKVII out before cranking out a second one. A diorama base, better hands, third Alien weapon, and a repainted MK42 battle damaged head sculpt, minus the bazillion scalpers in Hong Kong who have already bought or pre-ordered most of them up to resell to us for hundreds more.

I feel like you're trying to say something, but your sentence fragments are preventing you from doing so.

They made another version of an Ironman that they haven't even got the first version out of yet.
They put extras with it that the regular version will not have (whether this makes some feel its better, no better, or worse than the first is up to the individual).
They made it so limited that people in Hong Kong where already lined up (setting in the floor) to pre-order it, so on the secondary market (unless Sideshow gets some, which I doubt) they're going to be going for a mint.
So WOW, WHOPPY, a limited Exclusive figure, that we in the US and unless you’re in Hong Kong have probably no chance at getting at a decent price.
So what I getting at is, Hot Toys milking the Ironman license for all they can, as usual.

I know what you're saying. I was just kidding. HT should have just merged the BD MKVII and MKVII. Something deluxe. Probably a non-PERS DX. Two swappable chest pieces or complete torsos would have been nice.

SSC will have them up for PO around the time the movie is released. HK gets the 1st 800 and then the rest of the "limited" (3000 to 15000 depending on who you ask) figures will be available to the rest of us.

At least they're not milking anymore than usual. What they're doing is letting scalpers make a mint instead of them, which I find a bit more revolting. If they wanted to really milk it they'd make it a regular release and sell 10,000 or whatever instead of 800 (or whatever).

Anyone smell SDCC Bruce Wayne/Batman Begins, Guardian Predator? I'd love it if they did it like the Beat-It Michael Jackson, and Hong Kong got limited additions with certificates. Then Sideshow got un-certificated versions. I'd like to be able to laugh in the scalpers faces then.
