I just can't see this going for $250+. I think $220-$250 is the range for this figure. Anything above $250 and I will pass and be more than perfectly happy with my Mark VII:yess:

I agree with you on this. I just know a lot of folks including myself will pass on it if it is 300. I would rather spend that on another Mark suit.

I am already getting the Standard Mark7, so this one has to be no more then 250, or I will pass.

I know where your coming from cyber, on a collector standpoint anything more that $250 is overpricing, considering the fact that regular Mark VII comes with a lot more plus some BD parts. However coming from a seller/business stand point these things are selling like crazy, they know its gonna sell out so they figure why not charge more because they know some will pay it.

I agree with you there too man. I wish they would put out the PO's already so we can know for sure.

I honestly don't think we are going to know until they put it up for order. I don't think we will get advanced notice on when it will go up.

You might be right on that, just might put it up.

Also agree with this...BUT that's why I check here often and don't bother with SSC site because I'm confident a fellow freak will give us notice once he/she finds out its live...I know I will if I see its live before this thread catches wind of it :1-1:

Yeah I agree, you will definately hear it here first. And yeah I would post it up if I was the first to know.

I just can't see why HT will not charge $300 for this figure, but I might be wrong. For every one of us in here who decides to give up, there will be another 10 (or more) who is willing to queue and pay more for it?

I guess it would depend on how limited they make it. If they did limit it to 3000 figures then, I can see this selling at the $300 range, but if they say maybe 10000, it would still sell well, but would take awhile for it to sell out.

It depends on how much extra the base costs compared to how much you save from no extra BD pieces. The Avengers Mark VI was $25 less than the regular Mark VI and it was released over a year later. If they wanted to hike up the price they could have, but they didn't. And that figure might be more limited than this one will be. They won't hike the price up simply because it's a movie promo, if it's more expensive it'll be because the extras cost more to produce. From the looks of it, that won't be the case. I'm guessing it'll sit around 249.99 and I would be very surprised if it was more.

I see that people are talking about this in the other Mark VII thread too :lol
