Am I the only one that likes the proto better? The finished prod looks more like Nathan from Heroes than Cavill IMO.

Does anyone have a link to timcents ebay listings? I couldn't find any listings when searching. I doubt I'll buy just yet, probably just wait for my order with OSB but wanted to see what he's charging etc.

Question !!! Does "timcent" sell hot toys sealed in shipper box or just the art box.

DX ones I've bought came in the brown shipper. MMS came in the art box.

yeah, i believe he gets the mms figures in bulk so they come without individual shippers a lot of the time.

Is it possible that HT made the black lining on the collar thicker to make it more durable? That's my only nit on this otherwise perfect figure. The one on the proto was more accurate to the film costume, however some photos from conventions prior to the figure's release show that the black lining starts to peel off. If making it thicker makes it more durable, then I'd be fine.

Must be wired, or the photographers have cheated it to look that way.

None of the trimming on the actual outfit are black, they are sprayed metallic silver and dark blue. I actually held some of the pieces before they were attached to the suit, strange that HT made them black.

Is anyone else worrying about the creases most poses cause in the suit, and the very real possibility of the suit sticking to itself? :/

Thanks for the info, Rorywan. Must have been nice to see/feel the actual suit.

Being unaware of the color my only issue was its thickness. I'm sure all the good on this figure would outweigh it in my eyes overtime anyway, no matter how conspicuous it is.

Maybe I'm wrong, but Cavill does not appear to be any taller than around 6' in the film.
The figure looks closer to 6'6 - 7' tall in 1/6.
Really want someone to measure the figure in hand...

I wanted Superman to be really tall in this movie. Henry is 6'1" so this figure's scale should not be too big.

It's just too big. Look at the picture next to the Bale Batman. As someone else noted it almost looks like two different scales.

As a stand alone piece this will be fantastic but for those hoping to pose him with other DC figures it will look out of place

WARNING: The chain like pattern HT use on the fabric is very fragile... when the fabric is folded together (armpits, crotch, hips, knees, elbow) they would melt and stick to each other.
