I'm not sure if its exactly the same, but it looks like. It doesnt sound like rachet though. But you have a great range of motion.

It would help more if he was the right color and his quills were done right. Sheesh I mean they had the quills looking
pretty good on the revised proto, the amount of quills on this version is a joke. There should be at least 5 each on
cheek. Then there's the issue with his eyebrows, they half-ass those quills too. Why is there some quills and the rest are
painted on detail?

Agreed. When I saw it, I didn't even know what license this was from. Did Hot Toys get a new movie license for a brand new character?

The inner eyebrow quills and those two on each cheek are moulded, and they were on the revised proto as well...but they were the same color as the attached quills, and it worked pretty well. Problem is some idiot decided that for the production figures the moulded quills should be painted a bone color and the attached quills that actually poke out should be ****ing blue.

Compare Elder's mouth to Shadow or Classic and you can see that it is a vast improvement. The look is organic unlike the straight edges of the other two. This figure recaptures how I felt about Predators when I was growing up. Love it!

Can you compare him next to Scar? I want to see how slim he is next to the Heavy metal!

Made this guy from clay and painted him up 6 months ago! He aint fully accurate but tried my best! I see all the faults now and I'm planning to remake him soon!

I envy the ones that haven't ordered this. I ordered but cancelled because i forgot to add some points to it but just got a email that Mark 42 is coming. I will have to wait on this. I'm leaning more towards Widow anyways. She'll go nice with the Cap 2 pack.
