The kneepads are different, there is more imbedded details along his red 'n white abs, he's back to his WS gloves and not the AoU "magnet" gloves. Also, the design lining on his outfit is also different. Even the shield is different as he's gone back to the leather straps and gotten rid of the "magnetic" shield.
Overall, they look the same, but once you start to focus on the suits and picking out the differences, you'll notice they are indeed increasingly different.

No they did not. They said there will be a "new" suit with minor changes (new as in not the Aou suit). Said nothing about scales.

We don't know if there's another. But the suit shown is not the same. It's similar but not the same. There a dozen differences I can see

Myself, I'm hoping for an alternate helmeted headsculpt with him screaming. After all, it is Civil WAR. We should be able to make dynamic, intense poses with an intense face. Either that or have an alternate Bucky head to put on Cap since I thnk he just might be taking over the suit. Haha.

Looks the same at first blush but in addition to different gloves, knee pads and boots and less red, the design throughout the suit has been changed, perhaps the harness as well. The belt also looks simpler.

its definitely different, but still VERY similar to the $230(bought at retail price
) AoU version that I already own...
that being said, i will still buy this one due to trying real hard to be a completionist...i may need help haha
hopefully the unmasked head has eyes that looks straight forward this time

well yea, I have that one also, but it's already in use. I just want another (correct) one with this one, so I can have this one unmasked as well, but also save $ & not have to buy another head on the market somewhere

I'm still maintaining the conviction that CW Cap won't (unfortunately) include a second sculpt. I hope I'm wrong.
The AoU and CW suits are indeed similar at first glance, but they are vastly different when you look at finer details.

I'm curious about the promo art that's been floating around that appears to include scale armor on the chest and shoulders - do you guys think that's a different suit or are they just going to ignore the scales and represent it with this one? It also seems to have a much bigger star on the chest. I'd definitely be interested in that suit if it really is a thing.

One thing I do prefer on the new one to the AoU version is the pants... If I don't get this figure, I might just get the pants to see if they work with the AoU Cap.

I missed out on the AOU Cap (purchasing other figures) so this will do for me as I don't want to pay the inflated AOU Cap prices at this time.
