Hot toys did make a blue steel and have shown him at some events. There is a forum here for him as well. I'd be surprise if we don't see him as a convention figure this year

Yup, I have pictures from the 3 events Blue Steel was shown at. I think that all the IM hate at the time made them decide to abandon the repaint but I do hope we see him released someday!

Yeah. I'm still pretty positive he will happen. I also think shades is a good bet since shotgun is out and people seem very impressed with him.

That's right. I had almost forgotten about that. Still, it's strange that HT hasn't officially released it yet.

Well they planned to but mk33 didn't sell very well.

And yeah, that image is a custom if anyone thought otherwise (you can see the base has silver name)

Yeah he will get released. They released the stealth mk3 and it was one they showed years ago. Yes it was done after the mk3 was redone, but it's the same type of thing. Hot toys is still planning to do the rest of the HPP they just have not found a time and place where blue steel would work for them.

I agree and I'm one of those people who want all the HPP suits made but... there are still 18, YES EIGHTEEN, that haven't been announced. Marks: 8, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 16 (Nightclub), 18 (Cassanova), 19 (Tiger), 23 (Shades), 27 (Disco), 28 (Jack), 29 (Fiddler), 30 (Blue Steel), 31 (Piston), 32 (Romeo), 34 (Southpaw), 37 (Hammerhead).

Yup, 18, lol. But the cool thing is that most are either kitbashes from other armors and repaints. All they really need to make is the Hammerhead (Mk. 37) and HT will have all the parts needed to finish the HPP line! Here's hoping!

Oh wow, I didn't realize there were that many more. I may have to join the haters.

Is it really a FACT that HT at least is planning on finishing off the entire HPP line? If so, you've really made my day! (And thanks for the backup with that DB on the other thread, he seemed a bit too sensitive)

They have said publicly in the past that they are planning to do the entire HPP. They have not said anything public about it recently but privately it's still the plan.

Oh wow, I didn't realize there were that many more. I may have to join the haters.

Oh please don't! HT is making plenty of great figures from other lines and releasing multiple figures every month. Sure IM has been their cash cow but they've really been spacing the releases out. If anything, with 18 left plus the overwhelming majority of people believing that the MK. 1-7 will all be remade diecast, I'm sure IW2 will probably be out and on Blu-Ray before the entire HPP line is complete.

Agreed! I especially agree because of Mk. 6 and not just since it's in my top 15 favorite IM Armors, but the weak knees, I'm so sick of the knees

Yeah, that makes sense. It's really a shame that Silver Centurion didn't sell very well. It's a faithful adaptation of a popular comic-book suit, its triangular design looks vastly different from the classic-looking suits (Marks 3-7), and Tony actually wore it in IM3, giving it a fair amount of screen time. Plus, it has the blades, something that no other suit has. You'd think it would be one of the most popular IM figures, but its underwhelming sales certainly suggest otherwise. Kinda weird how that turned out, don't you think?

Mark 6 would be awesome, its my holy grail(LOL) as i see some people say. been looking on ebay but the prices are too high. I figure eventually they will make one
