This is really tempting, but I'm going to hold out for a possible CW version. If it doesn't get released I will kick myself but for now I can live without this version.

Yeah, hard to pick the version that has literally 3 seconds of screen time. I originally thought they just kept that final AoU outfit for CW. Odd to design it for such a throw away shot in the end.

Said at least a dozen of the suits from Iron Man 3... :wave

I do in part agree. I just happen to like the design that much, it's almost part movie, part concept Scarlet Witch to me. It is interesting though. Natasha wasn't wearing her "Tron by Stark Industries" suit in the final scene either and returned to her classic black. I wonder if Hot Toys would cheekily try and slip in another all black Black Widow and push it out as a "New Avengers scene" suit, :lol

Haha, it's terrible, but I'd love a matching Quicksilver too. Seven seconds of screentime, no seconds of screentime... not much of a difference, right?

Maybe HT will make this guy as our QS lol great brother and sister right lol

Nah not at all! ;D If I'll pay for it, HT should make it!

-snort- The homebrand version of QS? No thanks :lol

Yeah. Should have kept it in CW.

Wait, don't give HT any ideas...They just might come up with a "concept" QuickSilver from the "Art of" book...

I will not be opposed to this whatsoever. Give me more Quicksilver! :impatient::gah:

Not to mention they DID shoot an alternate ending where Pietro lives and runs in with the New Avenger during the end scene of AOU. Theyhad a costume for him and everything. I gotta find the interview where AAT talks about it but i'm sad we never got that version. I get why they killed Pietro but I still think he should've lived.

Tbh (stand back, QS/ATJ fangirl coming through) I think we'll see him again, and we'll see him in a hero costume at some point. I'm thinking Infinity War, but CW is still a possibility. 1) They didn't share the alternate ending. Why wouldn't they if they knew how much people wanted it? Because they still plan on using QS costume and didn't want to waste the reveal on a deleted scene on the dvd. 2) Kevin Feige has said too many times, and enforced it too hard, that QS is dead for good. Marvel exec doth protest too much. 3) ATJ cannot confirm nor deny how many Marvel contracts he's signed for, and when he told the interviewer re: Pietro returning, he was like "Yeah... That's real question isn't it... -cough-" and was smiling, avoiding looking at the interviewer, etc. Classic signs of someone trying to avoid spilling the truth/giving away a secret. If he was out for good, he would say "Yep QS dead, sorry guys." (but even then: Coulson). And then of course, 4) The Cradle. Why hype up the regenerative properties of the Cradle and make it a focal point of the film, only to conveniently forget about it in their time of need: a fallen Avenger, who happens to have regenerative elements to his enhanced abilities that would only help the Cradle do its job.

Boom. Drop the mic. (can you tell I've gone over this a thousand times? :lol )

Really hope they bring QS back. I was all set to order this until I saw it was an AoU version. There's already an AoU version. This makes no sense. I wonder if HT is trying to milk an extra version minimal effort. Not sure if there's a difference between the AoU costume and wwWS.

Here's a tough one. Great looking fig of a suit that got a glimpse of screen time that will probably be better than the CW suit. Do I need 2-3 Wandas?

I've been mostly a completist with all of the Avengers lines, so I'm sure I'll end up picking this up just for collecting sake

I think he will be back. I read somewhere Johnson and Olsen both signed multi-picture deals with Marvel.

Also problem with waiting for the Civil War version, if they make one, is by the time it does get shown this version might be sold out since it's an exclusive. So it's a gamble choosing between this and CW version.

By the way I think it safe to say that this version is only going to be released as a Movie Promo. No way will they release some variation of this as an MMS

Is this one going to go as fast as "Battling" Cap will, probably? I still like the AoU version better, and the CW seems similar enough to wait for in case I go that uniformed look.

It could. People seem to really adore this version. Plus it's $5 cheaper than the already excellent Sokovia Wanda so price isn't a deterrent.

So, calling out to those who owns the AOU version:

Can this version of SW pose most of her battle poses with the fewer number of hands available with this one?

If by "this version" you mean NA, I think it's possible to a certain extent. Because AoU SW is in a dress, she could be put in longer stride poses with no worries about seams ripping/putting pressure on compared to the pants/leggings of the NA version. Same could be said for elbow articulation - her jacket on the AoU version just rides up from twisting and moving her arms, the NA version this might be harder to achieve. Just for the hands poses though, you might be okay. Depends on the pose you want to do.

Wasn't the cradle destroyed when Thor lightening bolted it and vision exploded out of it?
