^^^ Great lighting, Luke looks so alive in those shots!

Gotta say, as dumb as the accessory may be that 'waving' saber blade is a pretty convincing effect.

How is it dumb? It's great for dynamic action and dueling poses.

The key is posing Luke to sell it, if you have him holding the saber in more of a ready stance, it can look like a cheap toy gimmick, but if you pose it like he's swinging, then it can look convincing.

It it depends on the weight of the figure. $40 to $60 for most figures I guess.
But a figure at full value will cost close to $100 extra with government imposed import charges.
Thats nothing to the savings I made on the delorean(Toy car, $50, gift), and The Bat(Toy helicopter, $60, gift), lol. If only those guys knew what I was being sent.

Actually I pay approximately that much in duties now. Usually I would buy this retail but it looks like it will be sold out pretty quick

Mine's arriving on Wednesday. Ordered from Monkey Depot.

Anxiously awaiting how 'fat' he'll end up looking.

He's a fat *******, he is, that one. Smells like corn and cabbage.

If you’re hoping that he looks fat, I think you’ll be disappointed.

Yeah, I wasn't sure if mine got compressed in the package or something. Mine didn't strike me as being fat, though I can see how it could have been that way. The first thing I noticed was how thin his arms and legs were, so maybe it was a proportional thing.

What's easy about this fig is I decided that Emperor's throne room is the look I'm sticking with, so it was super easy to just find a decent pose and I'm done - no messing with the robe or futzing the vest. Just a guy with a saber on the DS stand. Though I do like the injured hand because it's such a nice hyper-real sculpt, and I was surprised that the blur-effect saber blade worked so nicely. may use that as a swap-out option, though the light-up is too much of a pain to deal with based on what everyone else has said.

One thing I did notice is all the hands seem a bit scaled down over some of my other HT hands.
