I’m glad people are displaying the RO Vader more..IMO it is a work of art. Even the new Vader with Tarkin..still seems a little off from what I’ve seen so far

There are definitely two Vader camps: shiny and less shiny. For the shiny crowd, Rogue One Vader is awesome. Love his red lenses as opposed to the actual amber of the first movie

ESB Vader is shiny, if you want shiny. No need for ANH Vader to be shiny too, since he wasn't.

All these people who went to extra effort to get a shiny ANH Vader will soon want to change him back to more war-torn as soon as the various shiny HT ESB Vaders arrive.

Like you said, there is no "bestest" Vader. They are all off and wrong in some way or another. HT continues to confuse with their choices and accuracy.

I prefer the non shiny ANH. It's what we saw for the 1st time on screen in 1977 that set everyone's imaginations on fire, and it's what's seared into my brain as my ideal Vader. For those who like shiny, they love to praise the RO version, but I can only assume when the ESB version is released, that will be the best shiny version. I like shiny too, and will buy either the ESB or hold out for the ROTJ...

The "best" Vader is simply the one you prefer the most. Even if that's a mash up of various parts that may make it screen inaccurate, but is a look you prefer.

My preferred look is tunic over the armor, so my favorite outfit design is ANH. I also like that design of belt box and chest box better. As far as how shiny the armor is, I don't really have a preference actually when it comes to that.
