I have to agree! Dooku is the character I’ve written on a card and laminated, that if ever HT made (that day is now today) him i could step out of my “OT” only rule and purchase. I also feel “old men” sculpts allows more information and definitions as a result better sculpt and likeness!

Yeah, I’ve wanted HT to do Dooku since Lee died. He was a fascinating guy and that really translated into the character - Dooku seemed really complex despite limited screen time and his primary role being in the messiest SW movie.

It's crazy how good their PT sculpts have been. If only they worked on the OT characters after.

Looks great to me. It would be weird for me though to have this be my first upscale SW figure and not something like Vader or Luke. I vowed to not fall down the slippery slope of 1/6 SW, but man.....really tempting.

Never felt the need for this figure like others here, but I agree it looks really damn nice.

As usual all of HT's best figures are from the PT, lol.

It really is incredible. I see these PT sculpts compared to some of the OT ones, and then Nanci Kerrigan starts screaming in my head: "WHHHYYYYYYYYYYY!!!?????"

Looks great and I have $40 in rewards just for the count. Very happy he is released. I may get yoda as well and use my pt ss yoda in his Jedi council chair. A good day indeed.

Christopher Lee was 6'5" tall I think, so this should be on a taller body.

It's 33cm tall.

For me, dooku was the best part of AOTC, but thats like saying the chair at the dentist office was the best part of a root canal.

When Dooku was first teased, I figured I would likely pass as to me ROTS Obi-Wan and Anakin together represent the best part of the trilogy, and the ROTS Dooku scene wasn't enough to have my full interest. But releasing him from AotC and announcing with Yoda... brilliant move. I'm way more interested than I was.

Awesome looking figure, damn nice, actuallly. Unfortunately, I have zero interest in delving into the PT beyond RotS Anakin and Obi-Wan.
