According to this interview, Pepper is indeed coming! What outfit/look do you guys think we will get? Final battle in Iron Man 3 with Sports Bra? President of Stark Industries Business suit/dress? Pepper in Iron Man armor saving Tony? (probably this one.. lol)

Thought it would be a good idea to discuss her upcoming figure in a dedicated thread, rather than a Tony or an armor one.

Finally going to get a Pepper

Honestly, I don't see any reason why we can't get both an extremis and business suit version in one release, especially if it is an IM3 version. They put her in the business suit she has when she gets captured, black sports bra included, extra bare feet sculpts, give her a swap out Iron Man arm and presto, both versions. An extremis version would be even better with a head that had light up eyes, but that isn't necessarily a must have IMO.

Can you imagine if she ended up with light up eyes AND a light up torso, man Green Lantern fans would be pissed.

He is pointing out that in fact HoT Toys have announced a range of other license releases.. so all the hating on Iron Man gets a tad tedious.. if you are not getting a release on your personal grail licence, then there is probably a very good business reason for it.. ie. not as much demand.

I see. Thanks for clearing that up. And just so we are clear, I don't care about ASM since I don't buy Marvel stuff apart from Iron Man Mark 2 AUV. I don't hate the Iron Man line, I just hate the idea of milking a franchise to the point where they neglect others. That was my point. Got a bit edgy coz his comment came across somewhat tactless to those who do PO'd ASM or other figures that got on hold for that matter.

It doesn't matter how many times you explain it to them, if someone want their licence and HT is not making it at the moment some people will get mad, someday they will understand they just have to wait and GROW UP

3. Do you have any plans on releasing Maria Hill figure from the Avengers movie, and the most requested Pepper Potts? by the way, we saw a teaser about Bruce Banner with his clothes on, when will it be released for pre-order?

No plans on making Maria Hill figure, But we are already in the process of making Pepper Potts, head sculpt is ready by now. Bruce Banner needs approval, hopefully soon.

I think a lot of it has to do with how people go about their complaining. Its one thing to be disappointed that a license you want to see figures of is not revealing any, or at a snails pace, and expressing that. Its entirely another to bombard every Iron Man thread with hate and no reasonable rational. The simple truth is Iron Man sells really well for Hot Toys, and Iron Man 3 is relatively new and grossed a billion dollars. Anyone who is wondering why they are making IM3 armours instead of 25 plus year old properties, or figures from licenses they have historically done little for need to reread my previous sentence until they do, because Hot Toys is going to make figures that are going to make them money first and foremost. At this moment in time, Iron Man falls into this category. And it isn't like they do nothing but Iron Man, they are doing other figures, just not as many as some people would like.
