not interested with the human characters, to be honest. they're dull in this movie.
was hoping for some creature reveal.
instead we get the flat azzed chick.
Completely disagree. I loved the suit designs. There are so many customizable options with this set.

for kitbashing purposes, cant argue with that. make use of whats there.
but as a stand alone figure. pretty bland and dull, specially if this is a one off kinda deal. that's how HT rolls, mostly.

Well it makes sense for them the make this version of the suit they can flex it across all the characters and only have to adjust the blue cloth underneath or male or the female
The suit makes sense and I think it'll look great with the other figs from the Alien and Aliens line.
Unfortunately, I'm thinking this is a one and done kind of deal. Shaw and that's it. At most we'll get a David but I think the Engineer isn't happening.

Obviously I meant it would be worth swapping out the bodies and seeing if the Shaw costume fits a male body. It might stretch over a slim TT, looks like its not skin tight in that picture above.

Shaw is my most-wanted character from the line so I'm very happy about this. With NECA dragging their feet on making their version of the movie's protagonist, it will be kind of ironic if NECA gives us a Shaw-less collection and Hot Toys gives us an everyone-else-less collection. Hopefully Hot Toys makes her out of Shrinky Dinks so I can cook her to fill in the NECA display.
Noomi drives this movie every step of the way. She gave an incredible performance in line with the other strong female characters from Aliens and Terminator. But she actualy had more depth than those, and wasn't just a gun-toting Rambette. She reacted with more vulnerability the way most human females would but without being a helpless damsel in distress type. Plus chicks in spacesuits just look cool.

I totally agree , she really out did her self, but i cant agree for NECA i hope they keep up the great work as well

Even though the suit she wears at the end is more "iconic" I recognize the difficulty in engineering such an outfit at 1/6 scale and am just thrilled that:
1. We're actually getting a high end Prometheus figure.
2. It's Shaw.
