Re: Hot Toys: Prometheus

Well... Maybe a Vickers if she was in her Seven of Nine suit...

What has Vickers to do with Seven Of Nine?... I mean, they're both gorgeous MILF actresses :D , but they're diferent actresses. Anyway, :me gusta: both of them :yess: .

Liked the film - and will definitely be seeing it again. Looking at Hot Toys' record with the Alien franchise - their space suit figures haven't done that well, despite being some of my favorite HT figures ever. They've had great successes with the creatures
- but there aren't really significant creatures in the film.

Personally I'll buy everything - but I really want - Vickers, Shaw and David in space suits and the Engineer in full suit. What will we get? Maybe David and Vickers in suits.

Spoilers OK now?

I think this may be one of those lines where we only get one or two figures so I hope David is up first so we atleast get him.

I don't think we can really talk about the figures without giving some spoilers. But big ones should still be hidden, at least for a while. That's why I changed the post above.

Well we know we got a Engineer coming to us.

I don't know why some of you guys are so harsh on the film. It's not the masterpiece that was Alien, but I would definitely say it's worthy to be in the franchise. Just I wish it didn't leave us hanging with that cliffhanger. I don't know how they can say they aren't sure if a sequel will be made with so much evidence that it was designed to have them.

That planet that LV 223 was orbiting, isn't that the same planet from Alien, Calpamos?

I would definitely say it has to be because look how small that 2nd planetoid is. LV 426 only had a diameter of 1,200km.

I think Id be satisfied with the Engineer W/ removable helmet, and David. Absolutely loved the film! best 3D by far I've ever seen in the cinema.

Dr. Shaw and David in the spacesuits and the Engineer in the suit would make the line complete for me.

Glad there's more dan enough love for... ummm, "Engineers".
Really hope that HT will make one epic figure w/o using rubber.

It is indeed.

Same system. You can hear then call the system Zeta 2 Reticuli in Alien.

It wouldn't surprise me if they didn't make an Engineer tbh.

I find it hard to believe that they won't do one.

It wouldn't surprise me they do a Iron Man Engineer variant >_>

I imagine that there would be hidden Derelicts on LV 426 as well. It might be a system they own specifically for harvesting their arm huggers lol.
