This :goodpost::exactly::lol

Speaking of wesker, thanks for the pics, Jill actually does look a bit nicer in these.
No problem. :)

I'm pretty happy with how the face turned out in these new pics. Its not a perfect recreation of the RE5 model but it does retain enough of Julia Voth's likeness to know its supposed to be Jill.

Found a couple more shots over at Cool Toy Review

Those pictures definately make her look better. The likeness isn't as good as I hoped and a damn shame HT didn't do better but is still better than I thought. Thanks again for posting these wesker.

After all these pics, I think this is HTs worst female of the year. :(

I disagree...

Perhaps the headsculp is,nt very accurate .. but the clothing and gear are top notch quality, and fits very tight ....However, on second thought, this could be a problem, because restricts the joints and poseability too much (especially from the waist down) :gah::gah:

Anyway,I,ll end up buying her yes ...or yes :yess:

I fear the thin arms now too I just got Sarah Conner and felt like Id snap an arm off when I changed out a hand... Very thin and they have thin metal tube running up the inside that I was afraid I crush form squeezing to hard puting new hands on...

Sarah uses the rubber arms like Sheva does. Jill doesn't need them because the long sleaves will hide the elbow joints so she should have regular plastic arms. :wave

Indeed and even if she doesn't, you can allway buy a nude female True Type and swap bodies.

I'm sure you don't think the arms will be rubber-type, but even so it would be a let down to switch the whole body as the Jill body has some re-developments added. Should be interesting...

I'm still hoping HT will correct the MP5 attachments, and the knife blade color.

I hope there not rubber. I don't belive they are either. There's no need since they're covered by the sleeves of her shirt. From the pics at SDCC they look plastic.

I must say I used to really fancy rubber arms and was willing to sacrifice articulation for aesthetics.... that is untill I heard all the horror stories about rubber arms, torsos etc.

I must confess, I used to think alot of the people who had issues with rubber arms or bodies that HT makes were either careless or playing around with their figures to much but after reciving my BSAA Chris and finally handling an HT piece with rubber arms, I must say I apologize for thinking that. While I've not expierenced any problem with BSAA Chris and hopefully never will (knock on wood) I must say I've worn condoms made of more duable rubber :lol. I'm afraid to pose the figure in any dramatic poses out of fear of the rubber cracking.

Yeah, like you say because of the sleeves, there is no need for the figure to have muscle arms.

On reflection, in the case of Sheva, the articulation just didn't satisfy what I was looking for in a Hot Toys figure. But that figure had other issues too.

And while Jill might share Sheva's dullness in headsculpt and innaccuracies, I'm expecting the new body to meet those articulation needs.

I was concerned for a little bit, looking at the official pics of Jill, that she had the rubber arms, despite not needing em due to her sleeve covering. Just looking at how her elbows were bent made it seem like she had no articulation beyond the range that Sheva's arms are capable of. It made no sense but my brain still tried to make me think so. After seeing the plastic shine in the Con pics I put my brain on a time-out.

someone can tell me .... WHAT IS THE PROBLEM WITH THE LIKE OF THE FIGURE? i see the likeness to the game character is about 100% please open my eyes an tell me WHAT IS THE PROBLEM? T_T

I've preordered this figure at a local store in May. This would be my first Hot Toys figure. :)

I'm glad the figure got better. I notice a change in the lips. I think the eyes still need modification. Jill's eyes are supposed to be uhmm... a bit "sleepy" (can find the right term). Also the cap's size should be reduced.

@kardiel I think the eyes are the problem.
