metal paint looks extremely cheap.
and face is much, much too wrinkled. i hoped it was an illusion, but with these close-up photos it's not anymore.

That's not the same proto that was at SDCC.

But his face is quite wrinkled in the movie to simulate that his face has been grafted onto a robotic face underneath.

It's not the same prototype they showed at SDCC, but it's the exact same Proto they were showing at Ani-Con (I can tell from the weathering), and he was praising the hell out of both of them just two weeks ago.

The chin is pretty wrinkly in the movie, but they really need to get rid of that - what the hell is that, a scar, some kind of skin tag - on his left cheek. I don't know if that's just artistic license or slop in the sculpt.

Hot Toys also has to properly replicate the damage to the outer ring on his right shoulder. Most of it shouldn't be there.
