PERS wouldn't make any sense for this figure, because -- and I might be completely making this up -- but I seem to remember that it was part of the Robo physicality that Weller would turn his whole head instead of just his eyes. It was a way of looking more robotic.

Ehh.. he lost a fair bit of robot-icism, once the 3rd act started.

The mechanical sounding voice disappeared, the 'dioof dioof' noise his feet made with every step faded away, & he was looking at the baby food, & back at Lewis during their mirror / wife & kid conversation at the mill - eyes & all. :lol

Which was intentional, I'm sure. The idea being that the humanity was starting to creep back in.

But still.

I guess the point I'm really trying to make is ... F%$#*k PERS.

:lol

This, my friends, is proper film analysis!

It always bothered me how so many critics didn't "get" RoboCop. They decried it as loud, stupid, fascistic. So many different ways to interpret it.

WTF!!! I really hope it is south of $300. I love DX 13 but it left a sour feeling dropping $300 on a figure! Took me awhile to get over it. Today I'm not over it I just forget!!

If this thing is diecast, I don't know how it can be below $300. I guess the baby food and the Cobra Assault Cannon take the place of the BD chest piece and BD helmet in the clean release. And with a little bit of inflation, $319.99 or $329.99 seems like a good guess.

Look on the bright side! Collectors will look back fondly on the DX13 in five years, especially if it's the end of the T2 line.

This figure does not need a DX PERS treatment. I think it should be diecast to go along with the clean Robocop. And I would guess it would run the same amount of money as the clean version, which I am ready and willing to pay.

I am really excited to see more of this figure. I like that we get a cobra assault cannon and (haha) the baby food...
I hope that they can add in a damaged helmet and the screwdriver he used to take off the helmet.

I would really love an Officer Lewis (Nancy Allen) figure, with a pink bubblegum bubble accessory to put in her mouth.
What a cool display it would be, to pose her aiming her handgun with both hands, and a bubble out of her mouth...lol

"I'd buy that for two hundred and fifty dollars!" ... (sadly)

That would be quite cool. I might...sadly...join you!

Now that the Delorean won't be going up anytime soon, I could see this going up next unless of course they want to wait until the first one ships
