doesn't look like the actual figure, just like a stand-up poster. robocop was announced to be 1/6 scale

Is that an actual photo of their booth at the con? Or is it a photoshop mock-up? It's hard to tell. (If it's a mock-up, then maybe the images of products in the windows are also mock-ups instead of real figures?)
