Snoke is no comparison to Palpatine! The character was very intriguing and had so much potential but that was completely wasted in the Last Jedi

So getting emperor. Already looks like an improvement over the Sideshow which when I owned it I liked it but Hot Toys version looks so much better.

Yes. At one of the cons earlier this year they had the hood pulled further forward to conceal the face a bit.

Wished the Emperor, Royal Guards, and Death Star Trooper would all go up for preorder in Jan. Waiting until 2019 is already gonna suck.

That will be expensive. Palp and two guards, no brainer. They should try a tri-pack.

Well, looks like this guy is moving into 2018. Would have liked to have seen him on pre-order this year.

However the positive side of me says that they are using this time to tweak the sculpt. So take your time HT, take your time !!

I guess the guards won't go up for PO until Palps does. The guards are ready, wish they'd just put them up as I'm definitely getting one of those. Jury is still out on the Emperor though.

Would anyone buy the guards without an Emperor (outside those who are sticking with SS)? I think HT would best be served to do four releases:

Single Emperor
Single Guard
Emperor/Guard two pack.
Guard two pack

The Emperor was a smart guy, he has angled armrests for his throne so that confiscated enemies' lightsabers can be placed on the armrests but cannot be swiveled when remotely activated by the owners so they can't cut the Emperor in half like what Kylo did to Snoke.
