I agree with that, but I also think it is a bad idea to throw out deadlines that they may or may not be able to meet, considering the nature of the fan-base. Hot Toys brought all the moaning on themselves.

The deadline thing, yes. But there're a bunch of crybabies who've been snowballing the drama since the license was first announced. That isn't HT's fault.

I think the PERS on Lee is pretty great. It looks right, and it works right (for my figures, anyway). If this is a sign of things to come, then I may become a PERS convert. But they are still 1 for 4 at the moment, IMO. If you consider Indy, then unless something drastic happens, I would say they are 1 for 5

I think Joker's the only other character who "needed" it. It's necessary for Lee, but I don't get the decision to give it to characters like Indy and MJ completely unnecessarily and then pass on the T1 T-800 who was perfect for it.

Honestly, I'm glad they did, because at least his eyes look right painted on, and he doesn't have freakishly large eyes like Bad MJ or Joker or wonky, uneven eyes like my Batman.

Hottoys has lots of project which is waiting for releasing. hence, we have to consider all the schedules.



it has to be polished even sculpture is finished. such as cosutme, body, package desi...gn, confirmation from Warner and etc.

it take time more than audience think, it is al the same like another projects.

Good news. I'd rather see headsculpts designed by sculptors than engineers. Too many compromises for PERs.

If HT moves away from PERS I imagine they will still want to justify the cost bump of the DX line. They almost have to include a costume change.

Late to the party. Supes not a Dx.......I am fine with it. The past two Dx prices been a bit over the top....

While I really just want an HT Christopher Reeve, I truly believe that if any character warrants the DX treatment, it is this one. Also, don't you find it a little anticlimactic that they would make us wait this long, only to downgrade the figure?
