Hot Toys TDKR: 1/4th scale Batman [QS001] - Full Reveal & Specs

Well I finally snapped and pre-ordered this bad boy from Mothers basement in the UK. I can't believe I've just dropped £340.00 on an action figure, but prices are already starting to sky-rocket. I know I'd just regret it for the rest of my days if I didn't pick this up.

A few years back the same thing happened with the Batman MMS 71. The promo pics were dead on and everyone thought this was going to be the perfect Batman figure, but when it shipped it was totally different, so I very pessimistic on this new QS-001. Fingers crossed that it will be what we saw at the SDCC.

Can those mms71 promo pics still be found on here?

It was one of the best HT sculpts, now it is actually one of the worst..

What the hell are you girls talking about? In almost every circumstance the prototype is going to look a tad better, because it's the PROTOTYPE! The dx12 headsculpt looks great. What do you think changed so drastically( from prototype to the final product) for you to call it "one of HT worst sculpts"

Haha tu shay on the suit, but I do trust the suit with enterbay I kno I'm crazy.

I got it less then retail a few bucks not much

Good job the lowest price I have seen it on ebay for is $500 and the highest price is $700!

Enterbays "rubber" suit is silicon. And it's fricking awesome!!

Doesn't even attract dust.

Joker I didn't do great on but I love it so it was worth to me, still got it cheaper then a lot of listings now.

T800 I got a few days ago and only paid a few bucks over retail. So I feel pleased with it.

All great figures in my opinion.

After multiple attempts at trying to explain the prototype vs production process on this site, I am thoroughly convinced that most collectors don't understand it nor do they care to even begin to understand it.

I saw it as buy it now and jumped on it, I figured originally bbts had it for 4-430 plus 20 shipping. So I got the t800 for that price, then when I checked places like mid town comics they originally wanted 500 for the t800 so I say I got a pretty descent deal
