Collect what you want to coolect. But I rather have 1:1 pieces than 1:6th. I started getting 1:6 stuff too but my eyes were opend when i got my first 1:1 endo bust and haven't look back since. Sure they're nica and they have real good detail. And for someone to talk ____ about the Arnold bust is just stupid. That is one of the most wanted pieces out there!!! You know you want one. That is a real grail piece.

Can't say that I have any need to have it no. :dunno

Look if I were a rich man and lived in a bigger house with bigger rooms that I could exclusively dedicate to my collection maybe I'd buy 1:1 stuff too, but never instead of poseable figures. Those are my main joy for the reasons I stated.

Don't get me wrong. I'm not rich by any means. My house is nice and I wish I had more room to put the rest of my collection. But the room I do have my stuff in is a mix of 1:6 and 1:1. I think 1:6 figures complete a 1:1 collection.

My .02: The 1:1 is nice stuff. Museum quality and I can definitely see people having a desire to collect them. But I prefer the 1/6 stuff as I enjoy the posability and I just enjoy that scale. None of it compares to the 1:1 busty blonde I have at home so I try not to get too riled up over other peoples' preferences.

Real doll!! Yeah if I were rich I'd buy one of those aswell, maybe even 2!

yeah I know you were talking about a real person

Nicely stated. We are all very passionate about the things we collect. And thats a good thing. And the discussion is always better when we are not tearing each others preferences down. I collect 1:1 and 1/6 Terminator collectibles and like them both. This discussion just got out of hand with all parties involved. Lets just try and remember why we all come here and that is to enjoy our hobby whether it 1:1 or 1/6 it's all good.

Who's the ******* that turned down the Arnold 1:1 bust for $450????

Who's the ____ing retard who'd pay $450 for a bust that has ____ty sweatshop paint apps? :huh The hair looked like some kid left his chocolate ice cream cone on it, and it melted and in many areas the "bloody skin" looked pink. I'm sorry but I'm not gay for polystone and am a little more cautious about what I spend my money on.

like they say sometimes less is more. buy the t-800 and place it in your room, invite some company over and see if it gets positive feedback.

Who gives a ____ what other people think?! Collect what you want.

When's the last time you looked at that bust closely?! How much lower is the right eye sitting than the left? Too hard to line them up correctly? Last time I checked, Arnold wasn't Asian. And WTF is that crawling above his left eye, a brown slug?! :huh

Winky smiley's at the end of your post? What are you doing? Trying to soften your comments? Be a man, say what you say and stand by the opinionated, stubborn, non-bending, aggressiveness of it.

Comparing a 1:6 piece to a 1:1 piece makes no sense at all.

Bottom line is you like what you like, you won't change anyone's mind.

I recommend counseling. Bring print outs of all your posts and let the Doctor read them and give you an opinion of your butthole rating. Who knows, your future posts may be tempered and you come off as such a poo bag.

Your psychiatrist would call that deflection. :lecture:lecture:lecture :exactly:

Every thread i seem to look on nams having a disagreement with someone haha

I just love calling people on their bull____. If people are polystone snobs I really don't see why they'd be poking their heads into what is clearly marked as a 1:6 figure thread unless it's to troll. :huh

yeah i just used to collect 1:1 until i got my first hot toys and then ive never look back! The details amazing on 1:6,i think the wolf bust was my last 1:1 buy.

I'm the F'n guy that would buy this for $450 and even more for this. I know alot of other people here would to. And yes....I look at it every day and LOVE it. Of coarse the paint could be better. But it's good as the way it is. Maybe you should step up and and get 1:1 stuff now. If 1:1 isn't your thing fine. I spent a good amount of money for my 1:1 Endo-arm and would would never spend $1,000 on ANY 1:6 figure.

I own 1:1 pieces, PFs, dios, real props, etc. I'm not stuck in one genre over another and thankfully have an income that allows me to buy what I want. My point is you ridiculously dissing someone on their desire to own a 1:6 endo vs. the 1:1 bust. I've even seen people argue that a prop is inaccurate to the film. So beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Not everything is perfect and to each their own.
