after seeing the movie. id really like to see a more damaged version and int he movie it looks like it has more weapons then the last mark6 figure. maybe for comic con they will announce something with iron man. they have to lol

I agree- heavily battle damaged like in Avengers...HT could give another MK VI release that will be easier to get than this one!

The Stark head, no battle damaged pieces, no grassy stand, no helmet reveal head, different paint apps. Not much different on the surface, but once you look past the obvious it is actually a bit different.

My friend who already got this on hand says that it's a different paint job compared to the original mark vi.

But no, i don't think it's worth 470$ either if you can get it for the retail price, it's worth it I guess.

He mentioned the silver parts are shinier like the mark 2, and with this one, the lights no longer go through on the outer part of the triangle reactor, which I assume is thicker paint (or weak battery ).

Didn't notice it earlier, but looking at the pics below, the biceps' armour and knees do look shinier. Hmmm, a good reason for HT to rerelease a 'better' Mark V down the line.

I'm still not 100% sure this is exactly the same as the other version....

Mark v is available below retail now, doubt that they'll re release it.

True. But nothing's for sure with HT. They are busy right now, but eventually might release a DX Mark V with Race Track Tony.

Got my Avengers Iron man Mark6 last week.
This was my third IM figure after ver1. Mark2 & 3. I stopped when I found the pink issue on the figure, & believe rest of them had the same problem.

But fortunately, through some guidance on the thread, I managed to solve/repaint my MK3 pinky pant. Was then, I would decide to have this MK6, and to form the Avengers.

Yes, the chest piece can removed like the old mark VI as I seen in youtube. Also I am happy to find that it comes with moveable fingers also.

Im disappointed theyre the only ones included along with the fist,
the rubber repulor shot hands are superior in doing a decent shooting pose IMO
