I'd love it to be like that, I always liked the body armor as it was from the start, more menacing cowl and wired cape would be great though.

If this guy does turn out to have a wired cape It will be that much more amazing.

At first I was totally fooled scouring looking for new pics, then came across what this guy done to his DCD Dark Knight. Totally modded into a Hot Toy's lookalike. Changed the cape as well.

Impressive, I must say!

Hey Guys,
I am new to the One Sixth site. I wanted to show you how much potential the DC Dark Knight has for Kit bashing and making him more like a Hot Toys Figure. See PICs. Agreed, out of the box he looks like he's on steroids with a shrunken noggin to boot. I bought this figure to do just that. Quick fix, Remove all armor, flat black paint a 1/6 body of your choice, glue black body mesh directly on to body, cut and refit armor. Looks amazing and has excellent articulation. Dremeled off DC Body's neck post to attach to any other body with ease. Give it a try, easy to fix.

The makers wanted it narrow, so on the figure it must be narrow.

Wider is the original suit version, I ordered a original suit version, so I have the wider mouth, no need for 2 batmans with the same wide mouth.

One would assume, but being slapped on what appears to be the protoy body and suit, Begins belt showing, it's like what's going on.

Aside from the mouth, you can see in the lighting that there is also extra menace to the whole cowl portrait because of the shape of the eyes around the where his jaw would meet his skull, very badass.

Personally, I prefer accuracy over a relatively huge innacuracy in a one-shot, be all/end all figure.

I agree. The pic with the updated, accurate belt and what looks to be a bit trimmer in appearance armor is gonna be the latest shots of the new Batman.
