My big thoughts just based on these shots are:

1. The jacket seems a bit oversized. Would've liked the tailoring to be a bit sharper.

2. The hairline looks ever so slightly improved from the prototype and even the Imposter version? Not as accurate as InArt's, but I welcome the modification all the same.

3. Very happy with the vibrancy of the green in the hair. Of course, these are professional photos, so we'll have to see if there was a bunch of color correction, but I remember some of the Imposter sculpts trending more brown than green.

Overall, very excited to have this one in-hand!

Looks decent. Done know if this was made to be scaled with the latest Bale? Think it was the DX19 or is that one considered outdated now?

INART’s is still better, imo (only the copies that are futzed right, most importantly in the eyes - rare to see).

This is cool, but who is that? Also, the outfit details are over-scaled and cheap looking. It looks more like he’s got white skin vs white makeup paint applied to his face. Nice, they updated the hairline a bit. For the Joker nuts, I bet they’d say this is also inaccurate in various ways like the INART is and for that reason, I don’t see how this would be an upgrade/the one to have. For me personally, I’m content and satisfied with the INART offering.

I’m commenting on this cause I have this on PO and need to decide whether I’ll cancel, possibly keep to compare and part out (not really seeing any costume bits that are visibly better than the INART) or straight up sell it..

I still prefer inart tailoring but looks pretty decent, this gives me hope Jack Sparrow will be good.

Gotta say of all the pics this is my personal favourite.

Tailoring looks relatively sharp but still off all over.

Headsculpt is obviously stellar but paint is letting it down.

Hair still ridiculously bouffant.

Yeah it looks really good. Shame it'll age the standard InArt quite a bit. But it does have the seamless arms which is a nice touch if you want to do the jail look. Could just flip the head sculpts.

This was the money shot for me, as well. I like that they’ve made the hairline more receded on the right side than the Imposter version and I’m happy with the paint, but, like the InArt, I’m excited to see what people do with this guy in terms of repaints and hair styling…I feel like, overall, it’s the most impressive Ledger Joker Hot Toys has ever done.

Looks better than the InArt to me, though, as most know, I’ve never been a huge fan of mine since I opened it so that’s no surprise.

I’m glad they fixed the length of the pants. That was a chief concern of mine with them looking too high showing the socks in the proto. Tailoring overall looks pretty sharp to me

Everything on the sculpt looks better than both the imposter sculpt and even the proto from what i’m seeing. Hopefully the quality is maintained throughout.

Not sure if the sculpted hair pics have been posted but that version looks to have turned out really well. I can’t 100% tell but looks like the hair might’ve tweaked on it some or it could just be my sleepy eyes 😅 either way, looks like it’s a win regardless if you got sculpted or rooted versions. I’ll definitely pic up an extra sculpted hair headsculpt

I'm just noticing this now, but does he only come with 1 knife holding right hand that has the index finger extended?
I just assumed it would also come with a more "closed" knife holding hand similar to the InArt one.

Ended up canceling this a few days ago,
glad to see it came out much better than the proto though.

I like it. Prefer the sculpt to InArt personally. People will say opposite, which is expected. Despite constant insistence from some collectors, likeness in these sculpts is endlessly subjective. I like InArt's, but to me Hot Toy's looks more lifelike. I may touch up the face paint a bit if I feel like it, but seeing hi res photos enlarged can over emphasize things and f**k with perception. Need to see it in hand to know for sure. Hell, even in these blogger pics the white make up looks dramatically different in opacity depending on the pic.
