I'd like them to keep both options. The magnet base idea is cool but I find it impractical with a lot of HT figures. The Hot Toys foot peg isn't the most stable thing, the figure could still fall over, may not fall off the shelf but it could fall over and break still. For me, stands are about keeping the figures securely in place.

Yeah I have to agree with you there. I think it was Darklord Dave who bought the Blitzway Scareface which has the magnet base & his fell over & broke. Stands have never bothered me but it's always good l to have both options.

I could see how a stand inbetween his legs there could ruin the look of the pants, which look awesome there.

My Shop told me that They won't be releasing any new figures (that have already been announced) until 2012. Smart because they wont have anyone to buy em if they drain our pockets before the holidays. Thank goodness cause i just bought Sweeny Todd and need to save up for Jack and Batman and will need another Display case cause mines already packed. But i still look forward to the specs on this guy.
