He doesn't Need no BAckground. But these backgrounds make me want one for the figure. If they don't give one , I'll be making a trip to Staples to have one blown up!

Has anyone else been staying up later than usual in the hopes that spec may pop up ? lol

Goddam, this is quickly becoming my favorite figure.

Most amazing HT pics I've ever seen with those backgrounds -- and they're even mostly correct for what he's doing or holding.

I happy about the HT Keaton...but I'm over the pale moon with Joker.

Those new photos look bloody brilliant. Here's hoping it comes with some of those backdrops as well, considering how good Sweeney Todd looked with his and the positive response it got.

I don't think he'll have a backdrop, and honestly, I wouldn't want him to. I'd like to see an infomercial Joker with dios, the beach chair, shopping cart, standee women, etc.

You guys think some of the hands have a magnet? He really isnt holding the cane, just sitting on his hand.

Be nice if they gave him a switch-out hairpiece for when he's wearing the hat. Matted down hair doesn't work so well for some of those looks IMO. Still looks fantastic, but seeing as how you'll have removable hair anyway for the PERS. . .

And for it, you get to thank one of the worst companies to ever exist in the industry. :lol

No way....they're Marvel Legends were legendary. They did some of the best cheap comic figures ever. Giving good sculpts, paint apps, and articulation.

I can't agree. Toy Biz was by far the best mass-market company out there.

Despite the masses disagreeing with ya (just look at the pathetic prices for their early stuff on ebay), they don't even hold a candle to what Hasbro's doing now. :nono

Well yeah. That's because things get better. :D

What was good then, is not good now...but then...I still have my Marvel Legends Deadpool, and he still looks awesome to me. For the price (he would've been when he was released...I got him later on...:() he's amazing.

Plus, you got to think...this was PRE- Super Sideshow, and Pre- Hot Toys...sure high end stuff existed...but in my collecting world, it was McFarlane, NECA, and Toy Biz....they were the 3 giants of awesomeness.

I dunno, are they worth whatever they're worth now? No. Probably not. But back then, they were gold. You have to look at things as they were, not as they are.
