Yup, I was going for the "WRONG" scene:wink1:

i guess you removed blood from full BD eye socket. if only they covered those skeleton parts with actual chrome, it would be so nice to remove that orange goo and leave metal intact.
and how does everybody mix a blood color paint? i tried several times but only once got blood, all other times it was too brown or too violet.

Now that is what I'm talking about. The Shotgun had the barrel extension in the 'Wrong' scene. Did you add that yourself P.? I know that is an old pic so it's not a modded MMS238 Shotgun.

No P. I removed 0 blood effect from the head sculpt.

oh no, it's from an old MMS02 figure, "the hamburger face". i bought 4 or 5 of them before MMS238 was announced, trying to cover every scene including arm surgery with guns behind (under the matrass originally) - and luckily i didn't remove the extension from some of them.
i thought about modding the new shotgun with that extension, it needs only one drilled hole to replace it, and old SPAS is grey unlike black new, and new one is generally better. but i'm too lazy nowadays :D
i don't see any MMS02 SPAS guns today on ebay.
though there is one like i used here :)

I see. May have to hunt one down for a 'wrong' pose I think.

Also excellent pics vodoun. :clap

This is my first Hot Toy, but it's such a good Hot Toy... Now that my MCU Collection is getting bigger, I've pulled him out from the gang and put him in his own space, ready to be joined by John Matrix..

Gone for the straight classic heavy weapon pose. I know I'm leaving out the glasses, but I'm not convinced I won't lose them up there, and it hides his eye (unless you have it lit up)

But it got me thinking of movie accurate poses and reading back through this thread to see what people have done. Wow at the pics from those who bought two versions to do both main 'looks'!.. That's dedication, and I'm jealous. I like that idea, although the mrs might not! ... Maybe if I could still find a DX13 somewhere that didn't cost as much/more than a diecast Iron Man, I'd have some difference between the two... :joy

Just seen the new Terminator movie. I still prefer T1 guys. I just can't stand the comical aspect of these movies now. T1 is a much more serious film IMHO.

Anyways, love this figure so much!

Been going over more padding. I still cannot get over how much it took. Pecks came out the best with the shirt so you'd get nicer folds.

Undone the stitching for the lapels then restitched them to their new position referencing some of the scenes. Giving them a slight softer crinkle look. Inserted a black cable tie into the collar corner to corner so it doesn't fall down. Pinch the neck so it is snug. It's great material how a tiny snip and you wouldn't know the entrance for the cable tie was there.

Installed two harder thicker pieces of foam so the shoulders would sit sharper.

Another longer black cable tie installed to the bottom of the jacket corner to corner so it doesn't spring out.

Then it drove me nuts. Something still doesn't quite look as the daunting T1 jacket then thought… This still looks a bit like the T2 jacket. All the dominant silver showing. Break out the markers then rub the buttons a little so the light can pick up just a hint of shine. Sometimes if it catches it you can see a bit of silver. Any other time it's black.

It's now nice seeing the distinctive all black and dull tan look. With the only distinctive silver under dark lighting from the boots.
