Yeah I did.
They said the name did not match. So stupid !
People could figure out that Jed Thomas is short for Jedediah Thomas.

So they couldn't do anything but they said I could send them pictures of my drivers license and credit card so they can put a note on my online account that it is the correct info for future order

Hot Toys can kill the scalper economy easily just by increasing production to meet demand.

I know in the past, Hot Toys did exactly that and did re-release figures as long as a year after the initial release to meet demand. Personally, I would keep doing that if I were Hot Toys. Screw the scalpers, and maximize your own profits.

I know they did this at least with the Appleseed Deunan figure.

Ok folks...a little news for you....Pre-Orders will NOT be happening for the Batman Begins Figure during Comic-Con month but WILL occur sometime after July.

Yes, I know that means more waiting (and this isn't the news you wanted to hear), but perhaps this will help with some of y'alls stress levels for a little while...hopefully...*crossing fingers*

So was it a matter of the name not matching the full name on the card or the name on the billing address not matching the shipping address?

That really sucks. Sorry to hear about that.

I would rather Hot Toys made the money, rather than some guy in Omaha. If Hot Toys makes more money, then they can either improve their figures or even lower the price.

Im pretty sure hot toys has alot of money to improve their figures. At the rate hot toys is charging for these figures, they can easily lower their prices, but people seem to buy hot toys figures even if hot toys increased there prices. But im sure in the future when hot toys's prices go out of hand, they will lower the prices of their figures.

Puts my mind at ease. Glad to have an answer to our questions. Now as far as people complaining about hot toys I have one thing to say, you get what you pay for. If it's too expensive for your comfort then it isn't important enough to you like ot is some of us. Step out of line and give someone willing to buy this and not complain have a go at getting one.

Billing Address first name didn't match CC first name being "Jed" and "Jedediah"
